Ann Rogers - Biography

Ann Rogers

A Journey in Oil Painting

With a Degree in Fine Arts from Southern Methodist University, Dallas TX, my professional career involved painting sales, interior design work as well as assignments with a tour and destination management company. I continue to further my art education in workshops, demos and art lectures while participating in a variety of art competitions and shows. Primarily, my artwork reflects my interests in figurative works, still life, landscape and plein aire as is evidenced by representation in numerous galleries in Texas and Tennessee. More recently, travels throughout Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Mexico and the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee have further strengthened my interest in plein air painting. I hope you'll join me in this journey!

~"Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of the Lord your God that He has given you." Deuteronomy 16:17~

We are all stewards of the resources, talents, and opportunities that God has entrusted to our care. A portion of each painting sale is tithed and donated to a charity, church, or an organization or individual in need. Thank you for your interest in my art and helping others through your purchases.
